- Take Exit 293 to merge onto US-1 South/US-64 West. Continue to follow US-1 S.
- Take Exit 96 to go onto Ten Ten Road
- Go 3.4 miles and turn right at Megwood Court into Wrenn Meadow.
- Sales Center is straight ahead.

From I-77:
I-485 East towards Pineville. Take Exit 61, Johnston Road (Ballantyne
area). Turn left onto Johnston and go back over the intrastate. The Toringdon office complex is immediately on the right. Turn at the first entrance at the Red Robin restaurant. Once in Toringdon, take the second right and look for the signs for Shea Homes.

From I-85 (Northeast of Charlotte)
I-485 West towards Mint Hill and Matthews. Take Exit 61-A, Johnston Road
