I-485 East towards Pineville. Take Exit 61, Johnston Road (Ballantyne area). Turn left onto Johnston and go back over the intrastate. The Toringdon office complex is immediately on the right. Turn at the first entrance at the Red Robin restaurant. Once in Toringdon, take the second right and look for the signs for Shea Homes. We are located at 3436 Toringdon Way, Suite 100.

From I-85 (Northeast of Charlotte)
I-485 West towards Mint Hill and Matthews. Take Exit 61-A, Johnston Road (Ballantyne area). The Toringdon office complex is immediately on the right.
